IMPORTANT: In order to process a withdrawal, you will need to verify your account, providing front and back copies of all credit cards used, a valid state/govt photo ID, a signed authorization form, and a copy of a recent utility bill. To make sure there is no delay in your first withdrawal, please verify your account as soon as possible.
Our payout department's hours of operation are Monday through Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
Your payment is processed 48 hours after submitting a withdrawal request. A portion or all of your withdrawal can be re-deposited to your account through the Redeposit tab of the cashier at any time during this period. The cumulative maximum withdrawal amount per week is $3,500, unless otherwise informed by our team. Please contact support to inquire about higher limits. All customers requesting a withdrawal MUST submit valid identification to our payment or security departments so that we can process your payment.
In the event that you opt to re-deposit a portion of your withdrawal, you will NOT restart the 48 hour waiting period for your withdrawal to be processed.
For credit card depositors, Crypto methods are not available for their first two withdrawals unless approved by management.
